Hi, just a short one to introduce my self before the real questions come flooding your way. Im 22 and a history student, started brewing to keep my alcoholic habits as low cost as possible. Currently using just kits, Youngs lager and cider, magnums white and rose wine kit, acquired some demijohns so dabbled a little with turbo ciders.
Had mixed success. Normally cant wait to drink it long enough for it to 'age' once cleared we drink it or i add excess sugar to make it stronger. But when i've stuck to the recipe and give it time, they have turned out quite well.
Currently not brewing anything. Got an Apple and Mango cider racked. Will be looking for advice on Rose' and brewing in a keg (got two kegs and one bucket but want two brews on the go)
