Hi to everyone who reads this post/thread.

Been brewing now for a couple of years on and off, more on than off :thumb: , Beer, Cider and Wine.

However this dry summer seems to have affected my brewing and I'm dryer than the local reservoir.......

Looking to sharpen up on a few brewing techniques to get better beer, but not looking to go beyond kits.
I know I will be limited with what I can do but just interested to experiment at little.

Will post my questions in the relevant forums.

Thanks in advance for all the help that I receive and I'll do what I can to give back.

Even though you are sticking to kits, you won't be limited. There is a lot you can do with kits to suit your individual taste.
