Advised by a local at the pub where I work I have come to say hi to you all. :)

I am interested in making cider and am just starting my first Turbo cider, hopefully if that turns out well I can start experimenting and creating different flavours such as a strawberry and lime variety.

TC is happily bubbling away although the seal on the lids a nightmare had to use almost a whole pot of vaseline to get it airtight.
