Hey from the other side of the Atlantic.

Just started brewing in 2021 and love it since.

I brew using a Grain father G30 and various stainless bucket fermenter.
I like to keep it simple and enjoy the process... lets just say I brew like I cook, by "feeling"

Been lurking without an account for a while, decided to participate and here I am.
