Thought I would pop in an and say hi. I have been lurking in the background for a while, and pinching tips and information. I have made a few kits and extract brews which have been so so.
As I’ve got a bit more time now, I’ve had a bash at my first ever all grain brew. This is chugging away slowly as we speak. So I’ve got no doubt I’ll be on asking for advice etc.
