Hiya all. Living currently in sunny Southend on sea, been brewing for around.a year only recently made the switch to 'All Grain' never realised there was so much to learn .. that Palmer's brewing book is quite a read.. looking forward to learning and sharing on here.
Currently got an Amber Ale on the go.

Hi and welcome to the forum.The AG switch has certainly more to offer regarding learning but amazing how you can diversify beers simply by changing the grain and hop quantities and swap out a yeast or literally just fire the leftovers together to come out with something different.I'm sure you may have found that what good intentions of sticking to a solid recipe can change with a hair brain moment.Been there and done that.
Anyway good luck going forward but don't get tied down and just enjoy your journey.
