I've got this fridge and was planning on converting to a kegerator.

Has anyone drilled a hole in the top of the Hotpoint RLA36G?

I'm wondering if there's any wiring to be careful of.

I'm wondering if there's any wiring to be careful of.

Other than the wires leading to the dial on the front and the light there's nothing really in the roof, I used a hole saw drill bit to initially just cut through the plastic from above, I then dug out the insulation to check there was nothing there and then finished off from below with the hole saw drill.
