How much sugar to prime this?

Hi All,
I have just taken order of a bunch of the demijohn size plastic flagons to finally bottle up last season's cider. They're 5l and I was wondering how much sugar to use to prime them?

Well, the lid has a special parented pressure mechanism which you push down and I assume pops up when pressurised. I have had several 2.5l flagons which I usually put between 3-4 teaspoons. Doubling that seemed a little excessive...

I prime my ciders with around 6g per 500ml
