Hiya, my name is Calum, I live in Edinburgh, and I'm just getting halfway through my 4th kit brew. This is very much an occasional hobby for me. I like beer, and am not particularly fussy about what kind I drink :)
Currently got a Young's American IPA in the fv. Having done a few kits, I'm warming to the idea of tweaking one/adding stuff for my next brew. There seem to be a million recipies for Cooper's Stout, so I was thinking about doing that next... any recommendations are welcome though!
