good luck with it man, hope it goes well. Shane (UnclePumble) on the forum seems to be doing well after starting up his own brewery, it must take alot of balls to start up a brewery and have that much trust in what your brewing that other folk would want to buy it.

you will never get them in a fermenting fridge, or under the stairs  Seriously, looks great.

cheers guys,
its been a while coming now, the biggest investment that i hadnt considered until now is the relentless brewing i have done as practise, its my 3rd year brewing and I'm sure i have done about 200 brew days, i consider only my last 8-10 commercial quality. so alot of money spent on grain and hops in some smaller quantities than i now get. i ow alot to all your on the forum soaking up 100s of members experiences has helped in method and being brave with recipes.

looking forward to coming months geting established, maybe take on some part time help a fancy beer van would be nice as my vivaro's gearbox just decided it likes to stay between reverse and never never land, feckin van! £600 for second hand box!!..........rant over...anyone got a vivaro box lying around????

Looking good S

Have you bought any kegs yet :hmm:  they normally cost more than 5K alone for a good number

i have enough casks to cover a full length brew of 15 firkins, not as many as i would like and they are not all new to me, we are ready to place the order for 30 stainless casks as soon as we get the next grant of 50% that brings the cost down to £30.50 per stainless cask :) I will be selling off my plastic firkins then.
