interesting article on keg cleaning

Having knacked my elbow recently, I'm finding keg cleaning to be a bit of a pain, quite literally. I built a pump system to help but its a work in progress. Anyway, I was reading up about keg cleaning and happened across this interesting article which, although aimed more at the commercial brewer, is still quite relevant to us I think :thumb:
