34 years ago I have started 2 great "hobbies":
We went on honeymoon to London and I was introduced to some great beers.
I'm still married to the same girl and one of my hobbies became beer brewing.
Through the years I build my own 25 L scale equipment.
I changed my job and became a chemistry teacher at a high school in Southern part of the Netherlands.
During the last 14 years I have brewed, together with my students, a beer (full grain scale) for the final exams.
My favorite beers are tasty, hoppy beers like: stout, IPA, Dortmunder, dry fruitbeers, ............
Via this forum Iâd like to learn more about brewing (historic) English beers.
