I started brewing whilst at college 46 years ago. I started again for a short while with BIAB. I got serious about five years ago with a 46 litre AG brewery, due to the fact I have two very thirsty sons! We all love hops and I brew mainly APA's, IPA's and best bitters. I built a hopback out of an old pressure cooker and love trying new things. This year has been a disaster as I got problems with off flavours. After lots of investigation it turned out to be my plate cooler, and I thought I was so meticulous with cleaning and sterilising. The next brew will be awesome.
