Just got back in home brewing after a bit of a gap ( 15 years !! ).
So thought I would try a Brupaks Brewbox kit.....just to kick start me back into the brewing process.
Well I followed all the instructions and took some little bits of advice off the good people on here and last night I just could not wait any longer.
The pressure in the brupak box was also starting to look pretty high and I did not want a burst on my hands ( or on my bedroom carpet )
The brew was their Irish Stout and guess what.........it came out of the box/bag exactly as it was decribed in their tasting notes !!!

'This traditional stout is packed with flavour. It has the characteristic bitterness from roasted barley balanced by a rounded malt sweetness. Excellent on draught and bottled'.
Absolutely bl**dy superb can't believe it.....
I think I might be going to drink draught instead of bottling it.....too damn good.
Thanks to all on here for their advice.
P.S.
Going to update my signature with my other brews now.
