Help, pointer, and general advise all gratefully recieved.

Right, it's been a week and two days since I put all the kit together and started my first brew, a Cooper's Canadian Blonde went into brew bucket. The gurgling has slowed down. Does that mean it's bottling time? :wha:

I have 23L and 48 500ml bottles.

How long do I leave the beer to settle, my instructions have vanished from the kitchen! I will have a look on Coopers site for any information.

Welcome to the forum

Have you taken a hydrometer reading? If so, what is it?

Despite what the instructions say, you will be best to lave it for a couple of weeks, so bottle this coming weekend :thumb:

Thanks for that. :thumb:

Yea hydrometer reading was 1038. Slighty lower than stated but hopefully that will be ok.

I'll leave the bottling until the weekend like you say.

Thanks again
