Just posting to maybe give some inspiration to someone.

My space is limited and so a chest freezer based keezer is not an option. Neither is a tall fridge, only under counter is possible. But I still wanted 5 taps.
In most cases I see people getting two kegs in, maybe 3 at a squeeze, but anything more is fantasy. Well not so...

Well my method uses 2 stainless steel cooling coils, usually for jockey boxes, that are squeezed into the space left after 3 corny kegs are already in the fridge. 2 kegs then live outside the fridge.

In truth, getting 3 kegs in the fridge is tight and needed a bit of plastic removing from the fridge. At the back which is the most terrifying part to cut. Gas manifolds and gas live outside too. As there is absolutely no more room inside.

The cooling coils should really be in a better heat conducting medium than water. But I find that the beer from the outside kegs is still fine and cold enough. Maybe not for a high volume party situation though.

All in I'm pleased with this. It all needs tidying up a bit. But for now I am happy.
