10 Gallon Tosspot
Brewed this one last Thursday (27/11) with the help (and insistence of ingredient input from my missus!). Slightly getting better at my BIAB method.
35 litres boil volume
3kg Vienna Malt
0.5kg Amber Malt
0.5kg Marris Otter
Mash temp 67c - 60 minutes
Boil time - 60 minutes
25g Northdown - 40 minutes
500g Brewing Sugar - 15 minutes
50g Northdown - 15 minutes
100g Autumn tea mixture (My missus runs a tea shop in Liverpool, she listed off a long list of things I don't remember!)
50g Clove/Cinnamon/Orange Peel mixture - 15 minutes
Finished with a 5 gallon batch, using Safale S-04. OG was 1.044, target FG is 1.010 so around a 4.5%-5% ABV brew.
