Well, this has been in the keg for 3 weeks now. It hasn't cleared quite as much as I would have liked, a very slight haze to it.
Tastes great, although slightly over carbonated. I first noticed this after I went to try some after about 1 1/2 wks and it went mental when I tried to pour some and ended up wearing half of it. :lol:
My other brew, Great Eastern Ale has been bottled 1 1/2 weeks and is almost clear and already tasting good too. Dry hopping with Bobek has worked really well given it a real lift.
Brew #3 being bottled on monday 5.2% and the taste difference even from a basic to an extract kit is amazing, so much more flavour. The Amarillo hops are great. Gonna be difficult to leave this one long enough tho.
