Well its a 60L Nordic pot, bottom skin dosent seem as thick as the 80L ones so had to bend the pipe a bit :wha:

didnt bother with any attachment at the outer skin, just drilled a 15mm hold and pushed the pipe through, hopefully the spray foam will hold it all together

been looking for false bottom material today, but not found anything yet, needs to be 39.5mm dia.

Q-max 32.1mm cutter on order from ebay, for 2 2.4kw kettle elements to install in 100L nordic pot. for my HLT and copper, as going to us 1 pot for now until i can afford another

hopefully 1 2.4kw will keep a rolling boil going

Looks good, I also didn't bother with attaching to the outer skin, I just let the pipe come through the hole and attached the tap close to the hole.

Once I put the foam in that will hold it all together nicely.

:thumb: That looks like it saves a lot of the trouble that cutting a strip off the base involves :hmm:
