hi as you can see i'm new on here. have brewed a lot in the past and just started again with one muntons bitter it has been bottled nearly 3 weeks so should be ready. when I brewed before I always had a stock that meant i'd have it bottled six weeks at least sometimes a lot more. i'm thinking about trying it at the weekend just to see taste as I am looking to buy more and looking for suggestions for what to try. I used to brew youngs definitive bitter which was real cheap but I thought a good enough beer but can't seem to find it anywhere as there seems to be a shortage of places to buy homebrew kits round kettering area

Hi mate, have you tried Coopers kits? there a decent brew, or Woodfordes kits? i recommend their Wherry kit. I f you dont have a local homebrew shop nearby i know you can get both of the above from Tesco Direct.
