New Irish Brewer..

Hi all,

I'm relatively new to brewing, however after much reading and not a bad attempt at brewing my first batch i'm saying hello to my new career...

My business partner owns two bars and a restaurant in County Tyrone NI and it has always been a big dream of his to open a microbrewery, with so much on his plate he has asked me to become head brewer.

i have done the startup brewing course at brewlabs in Sunderland and cant wait to dive in.. its quite an exciting time at the minute and hopefully all you guys on the home brew forum can give advice and answer questions when needed... :thumb:
