Started out in October with a Woodfords Wherry kit and have been learning more since. I’ve just bottled the 2nd all grain batch.
Have also been sampling a lot more beers recently- I mainly like Belgian ale and hoppy ipa but understanding how other people describe flavours is still a challenge.
My local shop is Brewuk in Salisbury but I still haven’t been to Dark Revolution next door. Also haven’t made it yet to Sips in town as I didn’t know it existed until last week!
