Ok Guy's, was think AG but decided to try partial first to see how i get on and have come up with the following.

Please tell what you think

Should be an IPA @19ltr

3KG light dried malt extract
450g crystal Malt
225g roasted barley
56g hallertauer boiling
25g Cascade finishing
Safale US-05 Yeast

I was also thinking of dry hopping this with more cascade but can anyone advise how much to use if doing this.

and once done i should be able to try out my new cornies that Norm sent to me, wohahahahahah

I'd probably leave out the roasted barley,I'd think it a bit dark, and the roast flavours aren't normal for an IPA,but try it anyway, nowt wrong with experimenting.

yeah was thinking that but the recipe that i seen stated toasted barley but could not find any so just got that instead.

May as well give it a go.

Do you know anything about dry hopping?

Ok Brewed the above, no pics coz i broke my phone at the weekend booooo.

Came out tasting awesome and quite dark so can't wait to see how it comes out once fermented and it conditions a bit.

Just need some help as i was thinking of Dry Hopping this, anyone advise how much cascade i should use if doing this.

Also i can't really call this an IPA so what would you call it?
