Here is my plan for next weeks brew.

What do you guys think any Ideas what would you change?

This is for 10L Batch

Looks great. I like how you are late hopping it at the end. If you've not used Chinook before, they are very piney and resiny tasting. I made an all Chinook IPA once and it took a bit of aging to mellow. Don't get me wrong. They are a nice hop. Just rather aggressive!

Thats why I have put more than twice as much cascade to Chinook. I will be leaving it for a while before i drink it due to the strength.

I have a few more sensible beers on the go, so I have chance to let it mellow 6-12 Months enough?

I really enjoy the recipe designing part of the brewing.

Cant wait till i get a mash tun AG here I come
