Don’t know if this one has been mentioned on the forum yet.
Got a mail this morning as follows,

A3DA0207-8930-4873-A8E0-45D6188D471C.jpeg

If you hover over the link it points to vegetarianandvegan.org
This was my personal mail address which doesn’t usually get spam or scam mail.
It’s not written very well but could fool the unwary.

Thankfully the scum that send these still can't spell or write grammatically correct English.

I had similar via text message which was flagged as probable spam by my phone.

For fun I clicked on the link which led to a very realistic looking NHS website, after entering a few fake details I got to the bit where they wanted credit card details for £3.99 (IIRC) to process my application. Obviously I didn't go any further but I suspect anyone entering an actual credit card number will be having a lot more than £3.99 spent on their card.

For someone like myself who is Internet aware and work in a high tech industry it's easy to spot these things as scams but there are obviously many uninformed or vulnerable people who will fall for it and this makes me very annoyed.
