Noa Pecan Mud Cake Stout. By Omnipollo

Tried this when I was working in bath at a lovely craft bar called Collona and hunter.
It is one stunning beer and I'm desperate to duplicate it
Was wondering if anyone here has a cloned recipe or very similar.

That sounds amazing! Just had a look on Ratebeer...

If you don't get any other advice, I'd stick with a RIS recipe and choose your adjuncts carefully.

It was a very full bodied, well balanced, almost creamy mouthfeel, the chocolate and nutty fudge flavours where there upfront but not too sweet.
Omnipollo is a Brewer to keep an eye on, also tried a few of his IPA which also where great. You got me thinking now on what additives to include in a ris.
