I was sat idly watching my batch of TC fermenting this AM whilst enjoying my latest brew of bitter, when I noticed what looked like a second yeast head forming.
The next thing I new was the head had gone.
It’s 2 am and I’m thinking, is this beer stronger than I’ve calculated!

I watched it until about 3:30 am whilst timing it.
It took 20 mins to form a 10mm head and then it dissipated in 10 secs.
15 mins later it started all over again, so it is obviously not a yeast head.

The TC is 4 ltrs in a demijohn on day 4 of its ferment.

I think I’m going to bed and will look again in the morning!

im down to 1022 today @12 o clock but only doing 12L so maybe faster ferment still fizzin like a good un though hope its ready for weekend :drunk:
