HI
I've just had a big delivery and part of it was some pacific Jade that I intend to use for a NZ style ale. Recipe is below
Does this all look ok? The BU/GU is 1.11, when i first put it in it was up around 1.55 which seemed very high so i tweaked the hops down a bit.
