Does this all look ok? The BU/GU is 1.11, when i first put it in it was up around 1.55 which seemed very high so i tweaked the hops down a bit.

Looks tasty. As a noob AG brewer (2 brews) I can't comment on details, of course.
I am planning a similar thing this week. I also found some Wai-Iti hops which look interesting.
Grain Bill:
4kg MO
500g Pale Wheat Malt
Hops:
60 mins --Pacific Jade 20g 12.5%aa
15 mins -- 30g each Pacific Jade & Wai-Iti 4.5%aa & Irish Moss
Flameout -- Pacific Jade & Wai-Iti 20g each
Dry Hop -- Wai-Iti 20g
IBU’s: 53.8
Target OG 1.044

Happy brewing :-)

I'd noticed your one just after I posted, also looks good! Guess you're going for a nice golden one?

I'll be interested to see how it turns out, I'm probably not going to do mine for a month or so as have 2 others I want to do first.

Yeah, I have always added a wadge of coloured grains to my previous beers so I thought I would see what you get with just MO and a little bit of wheat for head retention and body.
A buddy was round (who does no brewing and isn't a huge beer fan either) and after being persuaded that beer could be good by a couple of my paler brews he was helping me shop (from the forum sponsors). He picked out some hops which happened to be NZ hops, so a NZ Pale Ale recipe was born.
All the stuff arrived today so I should be getting a brew on tomorrow.
