Time for another brew in time for our anniversary party but think I'm going ott with this recipie.
This is a 10l batch:

89.9% 2.5kg golden promice (ebc 5)
8.3% 230g wheat malt (ebc 4)
1.8% 50g what flaked (3 ebc)

10g brambling Cross @ 60m
20g cf184 @ 5m
20g cf184 @0m - hopstand 15mins -70deg
15g cf184 - day 3 (May move to 3 days from end)
10g strata- day 3 (May move to 3 days from end)

Us-05 yeast.

Aiming for 4.3%

Edit: for some reason the whole recpie wasn't posted!

Looks okay to me. What yeast?

Even at 60% efficiency with a high attenuator like US-05 you're looking at 5.5% ABV for 10 litres

For 4.3% reduce your fermentables to around 75-80% of the weights you stated above, and put the figures in a calculator like brewers friend to double check it all tallies up

Otherwise I'm sure it'll turn out well enough.

Yes, move the dry hop to a few days prior to bottling once fermentation has died down, 3 days in is a tad early. You might find that it takes more than 3 days for the hops to drop out if you add them directly into the fermenter. They'll drop eventually, or can be persuaded with a cold crashh

Hi, Ive double checked on there too - it's down to my efficiency being low.
I still need to work out why it's so low
Edit: there is defo something diffrnt from my brewfather recipe and brewers friend.

HI, I thought I should update the thread.
In the end up ended up with:

62.3% 1.6kg golden promice (ebc 5)
27.8% 714g Clear Choice (ebc 4) [I didnt have enough golden promice ]
8.1% 230g wheat malt (ebc 4)
1.8% 45g what flaked (3 ebc)

OG - 1.042
FG - 1.009
Grav: 4.3%

Intrestingly I had the best mash efficency I've had at 72%

So far tasts good but young at just under 2 weeks.
