Pear cider kit

Had good success with turbo cider from supermarket apple juice, so decided to have a go at a pear cider from a kit. Have a magnum kit to start over the weekend, so has anyone have any good advice on the best way forward, or is it stick to the instructions

im currently coming to the end of the first fermentation of this ive followed the instructions and its been fine so far gonna rack it off in the next couple of days and bottle it
