moral of story put 2 careless people in a situation and it all goes south

It was the motorcyclists fault for not avoiding the car door then inconsiderately falling in front of the wagon causing the driver to do an emergency stop.
Joking aside i wonder if the wagon had an automatic braking collision avoidance system as i doubt the driver would have seen the motorcyclist go under the cab.
