Plastic pressure barres with nukataps?

Morning all. Hope everyone’s had a great Christmas!
I’d like to make a kegorator, however due funds I wouldn’t be able to buy corny kegs, taps etc.
Is it possible to use the plastic pressure barrels I’ve currently got and connect them up to a nukatap and co2 regulator?

If you’re trying to cut corners in switching to kegging, I would think you’d be better going with and a proper corny keg and a picnic tap, rather than getting a decent tap and trying to use it with a pressure barrel.
