Hi

I have just purchased a large 2nd hand fridge that I plan to use for cold conditioning bottles and hopefully brewing lager in at lager temp. I am looking for a simple temp control setup where I can simply plug the fridge into a device that goes into the socket with a probe inserted into the fridge attached to the fermenter. The simpler the setup the better!

Forgot to mention I am looking for a setup that doesn't involve installing heating tubes and wiring in devices if possible. Just gonna be brewing kit lagers in it and cold storing many many bottles. Only basic setup needed many thanks.

Currently brewing better brew Czech pilsner using saflager s23 all malt with tettnang hop tea 20g

STC 1000 they are very easy to wire up to a couple of leads (even hardwire the fridge in) and put it in a Tupperware.
