I would love to try and clone this beer. It’s seasonal and have only had it once. The most info I can get from the brewer are a blend of Pale and crystal malts with Styrian goldings.
In appearance the beer looks like a bitter/amber ale. Had a slightly sweet finish and a subtle fruity plum flavour. This is what I’ve come up with so far, and was thinking to mix some plum extract in to some rum and add post fermentation…..any thoughts appreciated. Link should be below.
