Hi all. First post. Making cider when the apples are ready but for now on the plum wine - question is probably transferable.
Is there any reason I shouldn’t rack off just into another large volume container rather than buying demijohns? Just seems for space and ease would be easiest to rack over to another large fermentation bucket leaving the sediment.
Any thoughts?
