I usually brew beer and lager but i thought id give cider a go, bottling Muntons autumn blush tomorrow it was a two can kit so didnt have to worry about sugar for fermenting but what sugar should i use for priming, the instructions were vague and just said 1 teaspoon of sugar do i use dextrose or caster also if i get a one can kit what sugar would i use to ferment

Cheers Pipey

Half the bottles with brewing sugar half with caster it is then !!

Plain old white sugar will be fine, a teaspoon will end up quite fizzy so you might like to try half. Alternatively you could prime with apple juice... just don't ask me how much! :D
