Forgot to add the Protoflac finings to the last 15mins of boil! is this going to adversely affect my brew?
Can they be added afterwards? and after pitching the yeast?
Or should i leave it and add gelatine once ferment has finished on racking to 2nd FV??

Thanks

Leave it and add some gelatine once fermentation has finished.

I am currently drinking a Caledonina 80/- which I forgot to put any protofloc in, I didn't use any other finnings either.

It has cleared now and tastes excellent.

Protowhat? :D

I don't tend to use finings & my beers turn out fine. A bit of time somewhere cool seems to do the job for me.

So don't worry about it; or as Steve says you can use gelatine.

Normal 90 min boil with some more hops chucked in for 20 mins at end then cooled to 20c.
yeast starter added just checked it now and theres a nice froth building up! so alls well so far me thinks :thumb:
