took my blackcurrant tc 2 days to start fermenting, yesterday was blowing about 5 bubbles per second out the air lock, today all activity ceased, could it have completed fermenting that quickly
I would give it a bit of a rouse. What temp did you ferment at?
I would leave it and see what happens, but in the mean time I would get yourself a hydrometer and essential piece of kit and the only way to know where your brew is at.
