This book gives plans on how to make a cider press for those you want to move on from turbo cider and take a leap to the dark side of cider. As you read through the book you get a much better understanding of how cider is made from apples. You will notice pictures of cider making day(s). It gives you a good understanding of how to make either still or sparkling cider. It tells you how to make cider vinegar and also how to pasteurize apple juice for keeping just as apple juice as any freshly press juice will turn to cider if left for long enough.

All in all a very good read interesting enough for me to read anyway defiantly one for the library of brewing books.
