Yes, I did one last year, this was my recipe..

4kg Otter
120g caramalt
200g light crystal
400g chocolate
200g special W
400g oats
80g roasted barley

I mashed in for an hour at around 68c

25g Magnum @60

200g Brown sugar & 200g Lactose @15.

Just to be clear I split the 20l batch into 2 10l demijohns and made a fig stout and a rum and raisin. I let it ferment out then added 150mls of rum and 400g raisins to a 10l demijohn for another 2 weeks once fermentation had stopped.

I think it may have been too much rum in hindsight.
 
I saw a recipe a few years ago on the American sister site pretty sure it was 250g of raisins and as much rum as they could hold. So about a cup full of raisins in a bowl and add the rum until the raisins are fully hydrated. Use the raisins and drink the remainder of the rum in the bowl.

Can there be such a thing as too much Rum?
