all my ales have had quite heavy sediment of late. I bottled an IPA last night and its already passed 1mm of sed', i even gave this one an extra day to clear. Any thoughts?

does cold speed up the clearing prosess?graysalchemy said:I can usually get my beer crystal clear after 2 -3 days by just leaving it on a cold concrete floor. I uaually work on a 2 week turn around from mashing to bottling. 5-6 days fermentation, 2-3 days diacetyl rest, 3-5 clearing. I usually drop into secondry after a diacetyl rest.
