Can I use wheat malt for a SMaSH beer?

I have tried it - it wasn't that good
You could do a 100% wheat beer but honestly it's better 50/50 with barley

Go for a Wheat ale
50% Wheat and 50% pilsner
Any ale yeast

around 21 litres of water

Not quite what you ask for as you BIB. - but very quick and easy.
