Instead of the 500g malted wheat what are your thoughts on using 300g raw wheat and 200g rolled oats?

In 25l with 4kg maris otter pale.

Is it the hazy effect you're looking for? I've often chucked in porridge oats in various quantities.

Nope, just want to substitute the malted wheat.

I have raw wheat all the time & porridge oats.
