30gram cascade 30min steep at flame out

US 05 is the yeast I have, but I’ve just found a sachet of Danstar Windsor, would it be any better?

Oi Tony, I’m brewing!

I'm still sparging, the strainer came off in the mash tun :x . I'm down to a steady trickle with the mash itself acting as strainer. Only taken an hour to get 12 L. Never mind, you live & you learn
On a plus point, new mash tun didn't lose any temperature in 90 minutes
