I've just finished adding all the extra bits before racking and bottling. FG before this was 0.993, so i followed kit instructions after this and now waiting for the rubbish to settle.
Have any members made this wine and did you give the wine any time to mature? I can't wait to try it, or at least catch a whiff before it's bottled for Christmas.
