ss 1/2 in female to 3/8 male reducer

Does anybody know if you can buy the above, I am using cone seat couplers for my herms set up and they are 3/8 bsp female, I want to attach them directly to the taps on my HLT, MT, and boiler so that the pipes can be removed easily for cleaning, the taps are 1/2BSP male thus need the above; I know I can do it with a reducer and then a male nipple, but it starts getting too long any links? cheers in advance

don't know about that config but if not you can get

1/2 to 3/8 reducing sockets and a 3/8 hexagon nipple or

1/2 barrel and 1/2 to 3/8 reducing hexagon nipple
