Second time making this kit, brewed as per standard instructions and batch primed in bottles. Just tried one after conditioning 3 days at 24 degrees, and 3 weeks at around 16 degrees. Have to say really good, very clear, nice carbonation, head a little thin but will improve in time I'm sure. Very impressed with this kit, I think the supplied hops work very well. Will be trying others in the range for sure, seems the best of the Munton's I've made so far, which have been Woodfordes Wherry and Courage Directors.

This is one of my favourites also. I've made it numerous times and always found it to be best after around 8 weeks in the bottle, well worth the wait, absolutely superb.
I'm just waiting for a empty fv and I'll be putting another one on.

Cheers
Dicko
