Morning...

Does anyone have any experience with Five Star chems.

I accidently bought Saniclean instead of Starsan ... but all of the online gumpth appears to imply it's a "steraliser / cleaner" ...

If I use it as described, should I still steralise afterwards?

Thanks In Advance.

Saniclean is essentially a non-foaming version of StarSan.

Neither are "sterilizers", instead, an acidic final rinse product that should kill most bacteria, fungi, yeast etc.

I'm 99% sure you can use Saniclean as a "no-rinse" sanitizer, but haven't done this myself. Maybe someone else can advise if this is the case?

Full cleaning instructions using both starsan and sani clean are available on this link https://www.brouwland.com/content/docs/FIVE_STAR_cleaning_guide_11_talen_118x118_lowres.pdf

Hope this puts your mind to rest.
