I have two 1 gallon glass DJ batches that stopped fermentation. Added pectin enzyme for 24 hours prior to picthing yeast. Made a slurry of nutrient, fermaid k and safcider with both. Temperature was reading 17.7 Celsius
Its still bubbling but only once every 15 seconds or so. Original juices did not contain any sulfates. I just put a towel underneath, and wrapped them in a blanket

Pineapple orange SG 1.065
Brix: 15.5
Hard Apple cider SG 1.061
Brix: 15.1

Are these one gallon or 5 gallon batches?

Are they in DJ's or FV's?

How are you heating them?

I'm not sure what fv is but they are glass DJ, I am not heating them, they are covered with with a blanket and towel on the bottom. I just did that last night

Edit: 1 gal

I should also mention I put fermaid k and nutrients when I pitched the yeast

I just did a gravity reading, and fermentation was done. So basically it only took 3 and a half days to fully ferment. How??
