Successful first brew

Last night I bottled my first eight pints of TC, this has been my first ever brew and it has been a roaring success and this is in no small part down to the people who have posted on this forum :thumb:


I have ended up with a pear, apple and raspberry cider which is currently carbonating in the bottles. I tasted it flat before bottling and it was LUSH, yum yum yum yum yum. I cant wait to try the finished article!!

All you guys on this forum have really got my interest in brewing going and I just wanted to say thanks for this great resource
